Elite body transformation - the Rolls Royce of personal training packages and definitely not for everyone. When you absolutely have to be in the best shape of your life, there isn't a more complete package available in London. We will train you one-on-one, provide your supplements and healthy organic lunches every day and take care of all the other "little details". There's a catch however: to qualify for the Elite body program you must commit to training a bare minimum 3 days a week for 12 weeks. That will be a tough 12 weeks of us pushing you, hounding you and monitoring every aspect of your diet and lifestyle.
