1 to 1 Personal Training Sessions - A traditonal personal training session, where you are taken through your entire programme under the expert supervision of our Team of Personal Trainers.

Semi Private Personal Training Sessions - This a new service we offer. These are sessions where up to three people train under the supervision of one trainer. In our many years of experience of training clients, there have not been many times when a client needs constant supervision for every second of their session - if this was the case, how could they train on their own. One on one supervision adds to the cost of the session, without added value. Seen by many as an inferior product to one on one training, we see it as a service that is superior in a number of ways.

1. It is more social as you train at the same time as like minded people who share your goals.

2. People tend to train harder as there is an element of competition and also additional support from your fellow exercisers. Also, less time is spent discussing your or your trainers weekend escapades and more time is spent focused on your training. Training harder means better results.

3. These sessions are more cost effective and cost less that a one to one session without compromising on results.

Bootcamps circuits - Our accelerated Fat Loss bootcamps run on 4 week cycles and participants are required to start the course at the beginning. (please contact us to find out when the next camp starts.) This is a group exercise course that is led by one of Aegis's expert trainers. It will include Aegis's typical brand of fun and effective exercises, using all of the unusual bits of kit we have, including the type, sled and sledge hammers. We offer a diet plan and nutritional advice.

Supplementation - To get the most out of your Personal Training sessions, we offer some suggested supplements to make sure you get the most out of your sessions, recover quickly from the sessions, keep your immune system working in top gear and aid you on your weight loss and muscle building goals.
