Greg Smith, BA(HMS) CPT, CES
Greg's experience training elite junior athletes led him in a natural progression to a career as a leading professional in the health and fitness industry. Possessing excellent communication skills, experience in presenting and training and a wealth of knowledge in exercise assessment and programme design he plays a key role in Aegis Training's continued growth. Graduating in Durban, South Africa, with a degree in Human Movement studies, Greg also carries a very high standard of industry training qualifications from the leading institutes in exercise and fitness. He is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist
Graeme Marsh, MSc, MES, CPT
Graeme is an expert in strength and conditioning who specialises in fat loss, post rehabilitation, sports conditioning, and strength training. He is a Poliquin Certified Level 2 Coach and Biosignature Practitioner also holding certifications from ACSM, NASM, and as a Medical Exercise Specialist with the AAHFRP. Graeme also holds a Masters Degree in the Science of Sports Coaching from LSBU and consults regularly to several large health companies. He is also the UK Master Trainer for Freemotion Fitness.
He can regularly be seen featured in magazines such as Mens Health, Mens Fitness, Health and Fitness, and Fitpro Network, and was the Personal Trainer columnist for The Daily Express for two years. His first book 'Stronger and Fitter for Life' is now out and 'The Complete Guide to Training with Free Weights' is out early next year. As well as in printed media, Graeme also features on websites such as WeightWatchers, BBC Fat Nation and Ptonthenet.com.
A former ski instructor and Police Physical Trainer, Graeme uses a wide range of training tools and influences to get his results, derived from years of experience and evidence-based practice as reflected in both his results and reputation as an expert in his industry.

Don't let Amrit's smile decieve you, she is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Karate and knows how to train hard and work her clients hard too. Amrit's experience in the corporate environment helps her to understand and empathise with the many challenges facing the clients we work with at Aegis and we are confident she is going to be very successful.
As well as personal training, Amrit is also a fully qualified sports massage therapist, which she uses in tandem with her training to get the best results for her clients.

Having qualified as a personal trainer at Loughborough University, Dave has built up a large client base who he works closely with to achieve a range of health and fitness goals including, weight loss, muscle toning, sports conditioning and postural allignment.
Dave's former international status as a kickboxer has allowed him to use combat techniques with many clients helping them to achieve their fitness results.
Aswell as the individual fitness training, Dave is an 'advanced
metabolic typing advisor' which allows him to work closely with his
clients to ensure they are eating the correct foods to complement
their exercise and lifestyle. He has a 100% success rate with clients
who have wanted to lose weight simply through correct exercise
presciption and specific dietry changes to suit your body!
Dave has lectured and presented personally designed courses and
seminars to over 500 health club personal trainers in the UK. He has
travelled around the country working closely with the staff at virgin active and next generation gyms.
His continuing studying and
wide range of qualifications allow him to achieve fantastic results with anyone
who works with him.

Glenn Parker
Glenn comes from an action-filled background and combines an enthusiastic
approach with a genuine passion for coaching sports and fitness. A keen footballer
and boxer, Glenn’s experience ranges from representing the Parachute
Regiment at boxing through to coaching fitness at Chelsea FC and working with
the England Ladies Rugby team.
Glenn Is a Poliquin Certified Level 1 Coach.
He continues to develop his skills and is currently embarking on a two-year
course with the Football Association in fitness coaching.
When he isn’t in the gym, Glenn can be found in the great outdoors and

Jon Robson
Jon has been involved with sport his whole life and has been involved professionally in the health and fitness industry since 2001. Jon is currently in the Great British Sanshou team fighting on an international level, he is no stranger to setting goals and training hard, this has allowed him to use combat techniques with many clients helping them to achieve their fitness results.
Since completing his Diploma in sports therapy through Premier Training International Jon has been educating many clients on how to achieve well being, this has ranged from reducing high blood pressure, controlling diabetes and weight loss, to increasing functional strength and muscle gain.
Jon’s approach focuses on 4 main areas:
Making the right exercise a habitual part of your life.
Keeping mentally motivated and positive about your exercise regime
Getting the proper nutrition (and hydration!) by eating the foods that are right for your body.
Finding time for rest and recuperation, usually overlooked, but key for psychological and physical repair
Jon has continued to study through the top sources of physical education in order to prescribe the most up to date training protocols.
Through his study of NLP he has learnt proven techniques that harness motivation, through positivity, and ensures results. He recently qualified as a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor level 1, Metabolic Typing is a highly advanced nutritional program that individualises dietary recommendations for optimum wellness. To aid in the recovery process Jon provides his client with both deep tissue sports massage therapy and the more superficial Swedish body massage.
