When I started working out with Graeme I had certain expectations as to what I wanted out of it - to get fitter, leaner, lose weight etc. I've achieved all of that but the great thing about training with Graeme is all the other benefits I get that I didn't expect. I have loads more energy - which makes such a difference to all aspects of my life including being more focused at work and able to deal with the long hours. Graeme uses corrective techniques that improve posture which has changed the way I look and the impression I make. I even enjoy working out now - it's interesting and fun and I have never felt that way about working out before. it's the perfect way to de-stress at the end of the day. I’ve been training with Greg for about 3 months now and am beginning to see real results. I’ve always kept up a training programme prior to starting with Greg and this included both weights and cardio. However, I wasn’t getting the results I wanted and I was plagued with both back ache and other aches and pains. I thought I was going to have to sign up to my chiropractor for life!
Since training with Greg, I saw a noticeable difference (as did others!) from day one. The first thing to change was my posture. This has always given me a problem, despite trying numerous techniques recommended by other trainers. Greg’s approach is completely different, and friends and colleagues commented on my new stance after just a couple of weeks of training. Probably the most notable person to realise the change was my chiropractor who hasn’t seen me for an appointment since! After 3 months of training, I’ve lost a dress size and feel fitter and stronger than ever before. Best still (and maybe I shouldn’t admit this to Greg), I’m actually training much less than I was before….but when I do train, it’s much more effective.

Most importantly Greg & Graeme are two of the most inspirational people you could hope to meet. They inspire you to want to work out properly – for both aesthetic and sound physical reasons – building you a better body than you’ve had before. They really do know their stuff and I can’t recommend both them and their approach highly enough.

I had stopped training in 2001 and really got out of the habit of exercising. A sedentary job meant that I became very unfit as well as piling on the pounds. At the beginning of 2004 I decided enough was enough. To get me back on track and reach my fitness goals, some serious motivation was needed in the shape of a personal trainer. That is were Greg came in.
He coaxed me and encouraged me into the best shape I have been in for a number of years. His expertise, spontaneity and humour make every session enjoyable and unique.
He has also nursed me through a back injury and instinctively knows how to motivate me during a workout to make the most of our sessions. I now need to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes as mine are all too big!!!

Su has been a great trainer to help me realise my fitness goals. She worked with me to pinpoint exactly what I wanted to achieve and then created balanced programs to reach those goals. I found Su to be really positive, motivational and fun to work with. I particularly liked her practical approach of showing how to establish correct technique. As a result of Su’s help, I have been able to lose body fat, become fitter and build/tone muscles. I had a bit of a jolt during a horse-riding holiday. I saw a chiropractor and he eased the problem. I was pleased with the results. Normal procedure is to continue seeing a chiropractor once a month indefinitely once treatment is complete.
It’s a, ‘spinal-health-for-life’, approach, which involves monthly ‘adjustments’.
It does work, but I wanted to fix the problem and forget about it.
After the first hour with Greg, and some amazingly simple exercises, my back felt better.
I became aware that for a long time I had been holding myself in protective positions so that I would not irritate my spine, for example, not bending fully.
(Not a good idea, as it causes a nasty cycle of re-injury).
Now I am aware of this I bend, turn and twist like a demon.
My back is stronger, more flexible and pain-free.
